The shipping agency will be CORREOS, ensuring that our shipments always reach customers with the highest possible transport safety.

DELIVERY TIMES

Upon payment confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (business days), subject to availability.
Standard shipping takes between 3 and 5 business days after the package has been shipped.
Premium shipping has a delivery time of between 1 and 2 business days once the package has been shipped.
Shipping to the Balearic Islands takes between 5 and 7 business days once the package has been sent.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All prices in our store include VAT. Orders are always processed in the order they are received.

If a requested product is out of stock, we will contact you to agree on new shipping terms. At this point, you can decide whether to continue or cancel the order.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

It's very important that when your order is delivered, you check that the package isn't torn, stained, or open. If so, please state the reason on the delivery note the courier will provide and contact us so we can arrange a new shipment.


Right of Withdrawal: The right to exchange or return an item is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, with no penalties for exercising it. In the event of a return, the full amount of the product will be refunded. The full cost of shipping (returning the product to our offices) must be borne by the customer. If you prefer, we can handle the return processing for a fee of €5.99, deductible from the total amount of the initial order.


Only unused, unopened products will be accepted. Products must be returned in their original form and packaging, with all packaging complete and sealed. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been tampered with or that have return labels affixed directly to the product or its original packaging.


Before making a return, the customer must contact our Sales Department by email at devoluciones@zzfaberspain.com or by phone at 613565711, where we will inform you how to proceed with the return. No returns will be processed without prior notification. To accept a return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and retain all accessories and original documentation.

The consumer should be aware that if the product is not returned in its original packaging within the withdrawal period, it will be subject to a depreciation charge, which will be communicated to the consumer upon return.

Defective product from origin:

Returns are guaranteed. Once we receive the defective product, we will repair, replace, reduce the price, or terminate the contract. These procedures will be free of charge for the consumer and user. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within one year of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Zzfaber Spain will cover the costs of collecting the incorrect product and delivering the order.
